Safe & Together CORE 4 day workshop

We are excited to announce the Safe & Together™ Model CORE Training (Social Care Staff ONLY)

The Safe & Together CORE Training is designed to provide a skills-oriented foundation for domestic violence-informed practice for professionals directly supporting families affected by domestic abuse. Each day of training provides experiential classroom training focused on the following foundational practice areas: assessment, interviewing, documentation, case planning. 

This 4-day course will be delivered as live remote sessions via Microsoft Teams on:

CORE Training will teach you how to:

• Identify the impact of domestic violence on children and family functioning
• Create fact-based assessment of the perpetrators’ behaviour patterns
• Partner with adult survivors of domestic violence
• Intervene with perpetrators
• Understand how domestic violence intersects with other issues like substance abuse and mental health.
• COURSE 79 – Oct 13th | Oct 14th | Oct 20th | Oct 21st (10am-4pm)
• COURSE 80 – Nov 10th | Nov 11th | Nov 17th | Nov 18th (10am-4pm)
